Construction

Building communities from the ground up. Our fund supports small construction firms with equipment financing and offers workers specialized safety training grants. We are dedicated to fostering a resilient workforce and helping local builders scale their operations to meet the growing needs of our infrastructure.

The construction industry is the engine of physical growth in our communities, providing essential infrastructure and housing. However, small-scale contractors and independent builders often face extreme volatility due to rising material costs and high barriers to equipment ownership. We bridge this gap by providing the capital and security required to build safely and sustainably.

Our Strategic Focus Areas:

  • Equipment & Modernization Loans: We offer low-barrier grants for small construction firms to acquire modern, efficient machinery and safety equipment. This allows local businesses to compete for larger municipal contracts that were previously out of reach.
  • Workforce Safety & Certification: A safe site is a productive site. We fund mandatory safety certifications (OSHA/HSE), specialized heavy-machinery training, and advanced structural engineering workshops for workers.
  • Affordable Housing Initiatives: We prioritize funding for builders and developers who are dedicated to creating low-income and workforce housing, ensuring that those who build our cities can afford to live in them.
  • Emergency Labor Relief: The construction sector is physically demanding and often seasonal. We provide a safety net for workers facing temporary disability or seasonal layoffs, ensuring their families remain stable during periods of non-earning.

Our goal is to transform the construction sector from a collection of fragmented jobs into a stable, high-growth industry that offers dignity to the worker and quality to the community.
